6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

- Deposit: The initial deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the cost of materials, design consultation, and initial labor.
- Cancellations by Client: If you wish to cancel an order, you will be liable for all costs incurred up to the point of cancellation, including materials purchased and labor performed. We will provide an estimate of these costs.
- Cancellations by Elysian Bespoke Tailors: In the unlikely event that we must cancel an order, a full refund of all payments made will be issued.
- Refunds: Refunds for completed garments are generally not provided, as each piece is custom-made to your specifications. However, if there are demonstrable defects in craftsmanship or materials that cannot be rectified through alterations, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis. Minor adjustments are considered part of the bespoke process.
